Eorzea's Got Talent

1. ANDROMEDA

ANDROMEDA is an Asia Street Style Jazz Fusion band. We play primarily 70s-80s fusion, the genre that later inspired the soundtracks of 80-90s videogames. Closely related to the well-known City Pop from the same era and Midiwave from the 90s.
We also bring a bit of Slavic Post-punk, Classical, Retro-VGM, and some other songs with strong melodic presence, counterpoints, and energetic passages.
Our mission is to bring new amazing sounds people might not have heard of, to broaden the music landscape of as many people as possible.

2. Asteons Meow Mix

I have been a bard for a few years now. Starting as a soloist for two years and going on one year as a quartet. I love to go around to small venues and bring just music and smiles to those who are around! It's our bard and musician way Afterall to bring joy to lots of people. Go out to have fun and bring fun! :)

3. Cartagia Kiro

Carta just lives life. He's usually hanging out somewhere, just chatting or being him. He started making 90s and 80s bard versions of songs because he wanted to play some stuff from his childhood. He grew up in the 90s but "we love the 80s" was on VH1 so he did a few of those...It was just something he did on a whim.. He AFK plays piano covers of modern songs and other genres on Marilith since it's a low population server with long queue times, a virtual waiting room...That was on a whim too... Not much to him, he makes some music videos about him and his friends, and a FFXIV DJ widget that shows who's live at the time because he got tired of going through shouts and discord servers when bored.

4. Final Fantasia

Clayde and Mihna run Final Fantasia, an octet themed after characters from the Final Fantasy universe. We both arrange all of our tracks and we play a wide variety of genres including VGM, pop, rock, and even the occasional meme song.

Fox & Aki are a duet representing Cactuar. We love putting smiles on others faces through music.

6. Josiff Cujoh, Student of Song

My name is Josiff Cujoh, and I'm a solo bard that performs as the Student of Song. I do all my performances in character (as I'm first and foremost an RPer), and primarily focus on Japanese city pop, j-rock, and JRPG arrangements. From the most popular tunes in the Doman east, to grand ballads of adventures from other worlds, I provide budding adventurers with windows into inspirational tales the world over through song.

7. K'waialta Neferpeta

K'waialta Neferpeta is a Miqo'te hand-playing improvising bard - she plays what her heart and ears tell her to play. She never fails to bring the chill vibes to her audience, all with a smile on her face.

10. Onion Quest

Hi buds! On the horn here's Onion Quest, lalarock band extraordinaire, bringing with us rock from the 80's, 90's, early 2000's, as well as VG's, Jrock and the occasional meme. We rockify most of what we get our hands on and pride ourselves on our volume-centric and heavy remixes! The quest is tough but we'll groove every step of the way. 🤘

11. Raevyn & the Miqo'tones

Raevyn & the Miqo'tones are an octet ensemble that call Midgardsormr home. This "Aristocats" themed band performs across Aether and occasionally expands their horizons to other NA data centers.
Raised by moogles, Raevyn has a passion for music and mischief and you'll often see her accompanied by a group of musical primogs. She pours her entire being into perfecting her craft, not just performing music but creating and editing every song the band performs. The music is as varied as the requests they receive from friends and audiences. You'll often find the band performing at a number of venues or disrupting the sprouts headed to visit Miounne by the inn in Gridania. The Sprightly Spriggan is their home venue with a stage decorated by Raevyn herself.

12. RavaMoon

RavaMoon is a bard duo composed to two players, F'reyja Nitsah and Valiant Stormrage. Boasting an ever-growing repertoire from multiple music genres, they edit and arrange their music to sound the best it can in game. Some of their favorite genres include classic rock, folk, video game and anime music, EDM, and classical.
F'reyja, with Valiant's help, also owns and operates the RP Bard venue, Bards & Brews, open Mondays from 8pm-11pm EST.

Normally I'd leave it there but apparently I should actually write something about myself, I'm a giant nerd who runs an ffxiv bard band literally named after sharks (Sphyrna is the genus for the hammerhead shark species)

The Cat's Pajamas are a rocking quartet out of Mateus! We live by the motto that it doesn't matter if you win or lose, it is all about just putting on a great show! What kind of show? Well, a rock one, of course! Soft Rock, Hard Rock, Metal, Alt, Punk, it doesn't matter what kind of rock it is, we love it all! We hope you do too!

The Darkclouds hail from Adamantoise Server. The genres the play are heavy metal and classical rock songs, as well as other genres. They are always experimenting with any music types out there. Lets hope the 3rd time is the charm here on EGT!

We're a band who focuses on turning all genres of music into the magic that is string instrumental. Although, that doesn't mean we're afraid to fiddle with other types of sound and forms of entertainment. Our true goal will forever be making Eorzea, and beyond, a more beautiful place! The world needs more love, joy, and happiness. We're here to try and spread it.

We are a collection of musical misfits that embrace just about all styles and genres of songs. We have been performing our own mixes and song requests in Eorzea for a little over two years now. Our goal ever being to improve our knowledge, skills, and network with others to grow more proficient as performers and song crafters. The Harmonics will always be on the grind, leveling up, and maxing out all stats needed to bring get the crowd jamming this season.

21. Travelling Strings

Traveling Strings is an in-game and IRL Husband and Wife quintet hailing from Dynamis who also run our bard venue Amore Musicale on Marilith. No genre is out of bounds for this quintet, but they are rock stars at heart. You can book them on any NA datacenter (quintet) or duet on EU!

Twilight Moon is an in game and IRL Band from Portland Oregon that plays a Wide variety of styles and genre's. Twilight Moon has been in the venue scene for years and the barding scene bringing music to Eorzea in all shapes and forms. Violet Vibrations has been around for years playing all eras of rock and metal in the streets of Limsa and Gridania. Metalheads rejoice, because I have some bangers lined up for you. 24. Vylaris Pyranox

Vylaris is a solo performer that plays by hand by slapping her hands on her PC keyboard. Bard music is what originally got her into playing FFXIV and she's learned how how play a variety of music ever since figuring out her method of playing with a keyboard. If she can find the notes for it, she'll probably figure out how to play it!
